Key Account for Personal Safety Products
Medan (Sumatera Utara)
The incumbent will be responsible to promote and sell, through Consultative Selling Approach, a wide range of 3M Personal Safety Products to mainly our corporate customer especially in Mining and Oil & Gas industry. In addition, he/she also has to work with distributors to maximize sales coverage and to provide better customer services.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in any background from reputable University with three-four (3-4) years selling experience in B2B for both managing Accounts and Distributors specialy office tool and product.
Experience in Channel Management of Modern Market and Traditional Market
Experience in Develop the Store Activities.
Strong interpersonal skills, high initiative, positive attitude, energetic & enthusiastic, self driven and able to work under very limited supervision.
Develop New Market Opportunities, Competitive Market Activities/Analysis and Budget Management.
Good command in English for both oral and written.
Computer literate.
Willing to be placed in Medan
